Ku Shin
Dr. Ku Shin has over 30 years of experience in international finance, policy, and real estate development. As Chairman and CEO of Redwood Group and Co-CEO of Andover Family Office, he has led landmark projects in Asia and the U.S., including large-scale logistics and smart city developments. His earlier career included senior roles at JP Morgan Chase, Bank One, and Mesirow Financial Group. He has served as Head of the Asia Division for the Wharton Economic Forecasting Associates and economist at RAND Corporation. Dr. Shin holds a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis from the RAND Graduate School, an M.S. in Policy Analysis from the University of Rochester, and a B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Daniel Chun
Daniel Chun is Co-CEO of Andover Family Office and Chairman of Andover Group, where he has spearheaded innovation across real estate, Al, metaverse technologies, and logistics. He has played key leadership roles in projects such as the LCT Tower in Busan and serves as Global Advisor to multiple high-tech firms, including Furiosa Al and Warp Solution. Daniel's career bridges technology and real assets, integrating RF, loT, and metaverse applications into smart infrastructure. He continues to lead Andover's vision for sustainable, tech-enabled urban development.

Paul Gyra
Paul Gyra is a seasoned executive and board leader with over 38 years of global experience spanning investment management, financial services, and strategic operations. He has served in CEO, COO, and Managing Partner roles across premier international institutions, driving business transformation and governance excellence. Paul currently leads investment strategy and development efforts for both the Andover Family Office and the Thompson Family Office, which include major smart city, real estate, and digital asset investments in Asia and the U.S. He has held leadership roles at ING Alternative Asset Management, Baring Asset Management, and Safanad Limited. Paul began his career with Harvard Management Company and Ernst & Young in London, focusing on financial services strategy. He is also an active board member and speaker at global family office and investment forums.
